1. Who we are

RM Global Talent ("we", "us", "our") is an international recruitment service that connects employers in Europe with pre-screened workers from Bangladesh, India, Nepal and the Middle East. 2. What data we collect

We only collect what we need to provide recruitment services:

Employers: name, company, email, country, sector, roles and number of workers needed.
Job seekers: name, email, nationality, sector, experience and the type of work you are seeking. Where a specific vacancy proceeds, and only then, we may collect further documents you choose to provide (for example passport details, police clearance or medical certificates) strictly to process that placement.

3. Why we use it (lawful basis)

We process your data to respond to your enquiry, match candidates to vacancies, and carry out the recruitment process you have asked us to help with. Our lawful bases under the GDPR are your consent (which you may withdraw at any time), the steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating a recruitment service. We do not sell your data.

4. Who we share it with

We share your details only with prospective employers or their authorised representatives for the purpose of a placement you are pursuing, and with service providers who help us run the business (for example email and hosting), under appropriate confidentiality terms. We never share sensitive documents without a genuine, active vacancy and your knowledge.

5. International transfers

Because we operate across Bangladesh, Canada and the European Union, your data may be transferred between these locations. Where data of EU residents is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the recipient's own commitments and applicable data-protection agreements.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. If your enquiry does not lead to a placement, we delete or anonymise it on request, and in any case within a reasonable period.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@rmglobaltalent.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your national data-protection authority.

8. Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies needed for it to function and does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.
